System delivery

System delivery can be at once or in stages, depending on the available data, like e.g. the original characteristics of the manufacturer. In case of a delivery in stages, in the first phase the programs will be delivered that have to do with data input of the gas network, calculations and analysis of results. In the second phase, the software will be complemented by the data and programs that use the characteristics of the machines.

 

Installation and settings

The installation and the first settings of the system, will be done together with your specialists.
Support and service is available before, during and after implementation.
To improve the communication and to accelerate future implementations, a remote access for the supplier to the software will be created, as well as an internet connection between the supplier and the user. 
If necessary, we will create a program mode that supports the communication of programs with users in other languages. 
 

Training

Users and system administrators are trained separately and in two stages.
In the first phase, users and system administrators are trained to learn the basic system functions that are relevant to them and to master the skills to work with these functions.  In the second stage the knowledge of the users and the system administrators will be improved, their problems will be analysed, questions answered and their skills to work with the system will be strengthened. 
 

Data input

Within a few days after installation we prepare the users to carry out the entry and correction of data, calculations and analysis of results.

Reaching full mastery of the system takes several months, which is usual for advanced software.
